This is permanent. Nothing is recovered afterwards, not by you and not by support. Purchases are not refunded by deleting an account — Google handles refunds for Growth and Social+ bought in the Android app.

Your profile, photo, banner, bio and any avatar effect or overlay
Every message you sent, in DMs and in Spaces
The Spaces you created, with their channels, roles and invites
Your friends, friend requests, pings and saved pins
Your Bubbles balance, decoration purchases and Social+ time
Any report you filed and any content you posted to the Marketplace
